Every birthday for the past 5 years I've dreaded. I've just turned 19 a couple of months ago. Some people consider it to be a countdown to your last years on earth. Other people (like me) just don't want to say good-bye to their childhood. I've learned over time that getting older is a blessing but it doesn't change the way that I feel. I know that, I'm alive today, but might not be alive tomorrow, so I try to enjoy life as much as possible. So the answer to your question is no. I don't look forward to it, but I'm glad that I have the ability to age. If I could stop time I think that I would.

Hope this helped!

I used to be afraid of getting older, then I DID. I was there at the birth of my grandson, and I was only 34. I was diagnosed with cancer in October, and the prognosis isn't good. So now I deal, not only with getting older, but look forward to every day I have to live and love life on my terms!

Well, we're all getting older each second. Do you want to live another second? Well then, you probably won't mind getting older once you think about this!

I am getting older, and it's true...you get wiser as you get older. I just wish I could remember what I keep going up and down those stairs for.

As I get older, I find I'm getting stupider.
So, by the time I reach my 80's, I won't really care.
It's kind of like inverse proportions or something
45 really surprised me, though. I really enjoyed it.
Still am, actually.
