Just make it increasingly uncomfortable for them - they'll get the message. I've seen that happen (to me) and it didn't take long to figure out that I wasn't welcome... I moved on to greener pastures.

You might start by turning over a new leaf and changing a bunch of stuff around - then just keep on mentioning one more little thing...

Leave some apartment finder guides around the house too.

Cheers!

If you have a lease with the person and it has been broken, go to the local sherrif and get a notice of eviction. If you do not have a lease, you will probably have to get some sort of court notice and then a notice of eviction. Just letting them know that you are evicting them will probably help too.

It's not as easy as it would seem. If they have established a residence there, then it takes an order from the local judge to make them move. You will have to show just cause in order to terminate their residency at your home, and it is harder to do so than you think. It takes a couple of months minimum usually.Past that, if there is not a physical threat involved with their presence, local law enforcement can't do anything. Physical threats or actual physical intervention on your part might just land YOU in jail, and them STILL in your house. Be careful.

Very easy.
If you are strong enough, neck him/them out of your home.
If you are courageous threaten with pistol or dire consequences.
If your tongue and voice are stronger, yell at them and order them to leave your home.
But, it depends who is that relative of yours? you have not specified.
Some relatives cannot be treated like that, viz., Mother, Father, brothers and sisters. Others, naturally, will not and may not be interested in you and they don't stay with you, when you are unfriendly. Do you want to know some more tactics?

Depends. u could get a restraining order, but if the person is under 18, you have to give them emancipation and find a place for them then give them money:) Don't forget to be polite!
