Make sure they are blackheads. You may need to change your diet to reduce your fatty intake and drink at least 8 -10 glasses of water every day to keep your system flushed. Start by added two more glasses to your routine every other day to get used to the amount of water. Cut out or down on other drinks, especially sugary ones. Cleanse your face with a good cleanser designed for people with skin problems. Gently scrub the areas with a sea sponge. Be gentle. Steam your face with a very warm towel directly on your face, then scrub again, rinse and pat dry. Use Witch Hazel to wipe down your face and close your pores and follow with a non-oil based moisturizer. As your pores get cleaner, you face will become less prone to blackheads. Use the pore cleaning strips sold in the drug store to keep your face as clear as possible.

If you don't want to spend much money, well...try the juice of tomato. First, wash your face with warm water, then gently rub the tomato on your face. After 20 mins., wash your face with a cold water..... Watch the difference for 1 week. Believe me its very effective because I already try this. But you must do that twice a day, ok? Good Luck....

I am a qualified beauty therapist. The best way is to buy a really good exfoliant and use it daily. One that has a pH level of 5.5. Or go to a salon and get it professioally done. You dont want to break the skin, because it may cause scarring.
