Be prepared to listen. Be prepared to become informed. Be prepared to set aside all judgments of the ones you want to have an understanding with. Make informed decisions don't make decisions based on emotions. weigh all opinions that others may give you don't be quick to dismiss others thoughts. I hope that this helps
yes why is a great word! But if you are not careful why can become a lament instead of a learning tool. I think that listening is the most important aspect of creating an understanding. and becoming informed on anything and everything

Think that people have weaknesses and that each person is unique. Undertsanding someone else is a difficult step to take but it is a step towards maturity. Thinking about our weakness also helps us to understand other people, and not thinking that we are better than them. Instead, let us take other people's character and check ourselves.
