It would gelp, if you let us know what program or website you are using for your email.

Generally, mark the text you want to copy, by clicking the left mouse button at the beginning of the text and realeasing it only, when you reached the end of the text.
Now right-click on the text and select copy (or press Ctrl+c).
In your new email, right click and select paste (or Ctrl+v).

Highlite the body of the email you wish to copy by putting your cursor in front of the very first letter of the email and then -
Push the "left" mouse button down and hold there while dragging it across the first sentence and then down to the bottom of the letter then -
Take your finger off the "left" mouse button, then -
Move your cursor anywhere in the highlited area and click your "right" mouse button and slide down and select "Copy" -
Now go to your new email body and put your cursor in the area where you want to paste your copied message then -
Click on your "right" mouse button again and slide down and pick "Paste".
That's it.
(Your mouse will retain this copied message in itself until you change it or you log out, so you can keep pasting the same thing over and over again as many times as you want).
Later!

If you need only text, without attachments, --
1. Ctrl-A to select all
2. Ctrl-C to copy selected
3. Ctrl-V in the new message.
But why not to forward it?
