I can tie knots so tight that I can't undo them, and it wouldn't take me long to fill a box with stuff that I couldn't lift.
Woo hoo I'm a God!

Perhaps it would create a knot that is both tied and untied at the same time. While you may not be able to conceptualize such a thing, if God exists it can do anything it wants.

How can god tie a knot? He/she is a mythical being with no tangible hands!

For the sake of argument, this infinitely powerful god exists.
Then each of your questions contradicts itself.
God said "Let there be light." and there was light. Something exists because he wills it. Your question sets god up against himself.
This is one of those silly straw man arguments that religious people bring up.
Check out www.infidels.org and other atheist websites for real arguments.

what is the he/she pertaining to? I asked it because in the Bible, the pronoun used in referring to God is he. If so, God has already planned for His creation because He knows what will happen to them. God doesn't change his mind because he knows the future.
God's ways are hard to understand by our human mind but believing that He is the one true God will make everything in place.

First off, God doesn't have a sex. So don't feel the need to try and appease feminists.
Second off, your question reduces god to human terms. It isn't given to you to question god or set tests.

if your idea of god is that he is omnipotent, then the answer is that it is a paradox that God can simultaneously do it and not do it.
