These are the main attractions but there is so much more to do...
If you just want to wonder around the touristy areas International Drive (I-Drive) and US 192 have anything and everything you could imagine.
And of coarse don't forget you're in FL so you are surrounded by beautiful beaches all around you.

When I go to Orlando I stay in the Kissimmee area. For night life I check out Disney's Pleasure Island (a bunch of clubs/bars on Disney's property for 18 and older) and Universal's CityWalk (a bunch of clubs/bars on Universal's property for 18 and older). For the more family oriented I check out Old Town, Ripley's Believe It or Not, the Titanic Museum, Arabian Nights, and Medieval Times.

I would recommend Downtown Disney/Pleasure Island or head to downtown Orlando to the Roxy Club-- very popular... you may even see a few celebs!

I just went to Orlando in April. If you are looking for night life go to City Walk. It is litterally right out side of Universal and if you are going to Universal anyway you would basically have to go right through City Walk to get there. They have restaraunts there that are open all day and clubs that open up only at night. Margaritaville is there also. Hope you have fun!!!

Go to Downtown Disney and check out Pleasure Island. There are all kinds of clubs there.

You can head to Downtown Disney where they have Pleasure Island. If you are looking for nightclubs you can head into Downtown Orlando to Church Street where they have quite a selection.

The nightclubs at Pleasure Island are fun. You can grab a drink and hop from club to club.
If you're into theme parks, Busch Gardens in Tampa is a blast, and it's inly about a 45-minute drive from Orlando.
