Right-click anywhere on the top and uncheck Yahoo! Toolbar.

Click view -> click toolbars -> click to uncheck Yahoo! Toolbar.

Control panel, add/remove pograms, select Yahoo Toolbar to be removed.

If you're using Windows XP use the Add/Remove Program in your control panel.
