well, i work out i walk 15-20 mins on a tredmil on the highest incline and i do crunchs im also a all-star cheerleader the bad thing about me is that i have a slow matabulism and workin out helps a little but not enough if u know of any weight lose pills or shakes that could help me loose weight and still let me keep me muslules to help me tumble the reason im doin thins is cause bein a all-star cheerleader i usuly have to where a half top . and i've asked this question and every one has told me some workout tips and there not what im lookin 4 so if can tell me some things that would help!!!!!!THNX

Modify your diet by eating smaller portions. By eating smaller portions and drinking more water you should lose the weight easily. Make sure that you're taking a good multi-vitamin to ensure that you're getting a good dose of vitamins.

Don't use pills to lose weight as many of them can be downright deadly and it's not worth going there!!

Drinking green tea speeds up your metabolism and has a great taste. It might take a little while to get used to though, and adding honey instead of sugar to sweeten it would probably help (honey only works if its hot though, adding it to cold tea doesn't allow it to dissolve). You can also go to www.living-foods.com/recipes for tons of shake ideas. The raw food diet is a good diet to go by because if you think about it, animals eat raw food in the wild and they are never overweight, thus, the raw food diet was born. Be sure to check out their other recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. Most of them are pretty good so it's easy to consume. Also if you're trying to slim down, stay away from the sugars (and things like bread, noodles, rice that break down into sugar once in the stomach). Drink water instead of anything else, hunger pains are often mistaken for your body saying "I'm thirsty!" Stay away from greasy foods and eat tons of fruits and veggies. You can eat as much fruit as you want and not gain anything. If you're not too big on meat, you can eat peanuts and dairy to get your daily dose of protein. If you find yourself craving pancakes or something out of the blue, ignore it- cravings usually pass within 15 minutes or so. Good luck.

Lipodrene gives you so much energy it's ridiculous!!!! I'm really not into pills but I don't feel hungry after I take them and I get everything I need done. Be careful though because the yellow ones do have ephedra, I believe there are some black ones without it but I've never tried them. Also try that green tea idea, in the summer I drink it cold and it really helps your metabolism.

Definately walking will help you lose 15 lbs. I walked in the morning, fast walking, for 30 minutes a day for 1 month and I lost 10 - 15 lbs. It is definately the wway. Especially if you walk fast.

Slim Fast drinks work pretty well. They don't taste too bad, and they're convenient.

I found that trim spa works. Well they give you a lot of energy. which means it's increased your metabolism.
