If you enjoyed answering questions and think that you have something to say that would help others, then by all means, please do.

You might have felt that you don't get any benefits from joining this community but you're not alone. If you will look at my Y! Answers page, you will notice that I have stopped posting questions and answers. Keep yourself busy with other things, most of us go to work or are still in school. You don't have to totally leave Yahoo! Just take a break for a while, don't be depressed about this.If you're tired of Y! Answers, it's normal. Just think about what we mostly feel in real life, we have great talents and skills but we sometimes don't feel the need to use it because we are preoccupied by other things. You won't lose anything if you leave a mark here in Yahoo! You'll surely miss this Q&A if you premanenly give it up. Yahoo! Answers is not a job so don't be too serious about Y!A.

Yes! go back to answering questions if only you feel like doing it. The urge to race to the top runs in every Yahoo! Answereholic's vains.

If you can get your heart back into it then Yes.
I have slowed down since the "FIX" a what 2 weeks ago?
I have come across a number of glitches that has been annoying to say the least... I know they are trying to fix this and that and I'm sure they will given time but I don't have to stress myself over it...
I have points and will eventually earn more points and maybe even learn what they are for...But I'm not in a hurry anymore.
Just do the Q&A when the mood hits now. And I guess an Ocasional user is better than someone that never comes back.
And speeking of glitches as I type this it disapears so far to the left I have a hard time knowing what I'm typing...One of the more annoying things. This lager print is the prob. I think.

yes. if all of the 'cool' people quit asking & answering, then "they" win, don't they Chaos? I have been looking at your profile to see new questions, and they are all about yahoo stuff. get your a** back in the game, and join the "special" people & start having fun! we miss you! ***and, to the answerer above me, Chaos has cool questions, and this is not a forum to put people down. you are a prime example of one of the many problems with this site. didn't your momma teach you, that if you don't have anything nice to say, shut your mouth??? :)

PS, here's an add on:

Listen...why let the grand picture get you down? Why not appreciate the input you get & give from the little people? Don't take it too serious...just step back & have a good time. There are far more serious things than this site...and it shouldn't be tearing you up whether or not you stay! This isn't a mate, it's not a house rental, it's not a job...it's something that shouldn't have to make you decide whether you want to answer questions or not! Just ask & answer as you always do, and let the rest go! Appreciate the small amount of people who DO recognize you, and respect that they themselves are also in this small community with you. Ignore everything else, and just enjoy the time with your "true" answers friends!!!

DON'T GO MAN!!!!! you are one of the best asker's and answer's on here...even if many don't get your way of thinking.... some of us do and appreciate it!!! I find you very interesting and entertaining...not many people are these days......
SO if you go I will be sad...but you gotta do what you gotta do...I'm sure there are much better things you might be doing or want to be doing....so maybe you could check in once in a while and see if anything is worth answering...or if you think up a great question post it.....like the one person said...that she lost her "fix" for YA i have too....but i look on here from time to time to see if there are any Q that i know i can relate to...and give my input...sometimes i might help someone...and other times not...you never know
Good Luck to you my man!

Answer or don't Answer. Whichever you feel compelled to do at the time. I would prefer that you Answer. Someone who has the maturity to answer well, as you do, benefits the site and contributes to the intended purpose. However, if you need a break, then most of us that are active (or overactive) on the site can certainly understand, that too.

I hope you'll stay, TC.

I think so and I'll give you a few reasons...

This really helped me more than you can know...Did you know that I suffer from an ulcer? I can't afford going to a doctor so my Mom gave me some of her acid medication that she can't take and I wanted to know what it was...Because of you I haven't had to take and more Tums! Thank you...

On this one I was pulling my hair out! I didn' t know what to do! You not only helped me but calmed me down and made me smile. The new walkthrough worked wonders and I was able to play better because I was relaxed and calm....It was like having someone behind me telling me to take a chill pill....

Point?

If you've helped me I know you've helped others...that and I like seeing you around! You're a funny, smart guy, who gives great answers. I'd really miss seeing you around and having you answer my stuff...

*hugs* Hope I've helped...

It's your own choice to make, but personally, if you don't have time to waste, or something better to do, go back. However, as I said, it's up to you...if you enjoy doing so and if you find yourself happy about it, why not go back and answer?

Yes! We miss you. Lately I've been away from answers too. It just doesn't seem the same as of late. It's been sort of lame. But it's people like yourself that keep it interesting. Hope you can regain the interest and help people like myself pass the long boring day at work! Thanks for letting me express my opinion. TC

If you want to. You've got quite a collection of points (not that they are worth anything tangible). This is definitely a time waster, but if you leave to go do something useful, then by all means - go. But if its to go play at Runescape, NO - DONT LEAVE!
