Hey, you can not have the global rating for your web-site, however there are many workarounds.. free and paid..
For example, if you want to spend some money, give your web-site address in google or any other search engine and then count the hits there and then rank the web-site accordingly.
Or, add a counter to your we-site (with the help of asp (active server pages)) and then check how many hits are there for your web-site. Of course you have to rank yourself comparing some goal or some other web-sites hits.

Look for something called html gear. I have it for mine and its free. its a poll you can make and you can make it to raete your site like i did.
