During the onset of sleep, my breathing becomes difficult.?

There is an enormous stress inside my head at that time. The doctors examined and found no physical problems. I am prescibed Prothiaden 25mg(Dothiepin) and Lonazep 0.5mg(Clonazepam) and after taking the medication I am having relief. But the problem persists and could not stop taking the medication. Comments please.
