A possable infinent would be the nothing at all. so it would default to that. and there would be nothing. so.............what?

infinity means the limit we can't gain and undersstand.
for us the galaxies which are very far are at infinity hence we can never know the curved universe by this.
similarly the smallest we can go after that it is infinite to us. so we never know where the end of the smallness is.

so infact we have a limitation of not understanding what lies after that big and that small.

we are toys with our limits to see, excess and understand......
and after that everthing is infinity

infinity is not next to nothing, it is next to the highest value!
(let 8=infinity)
8=1/0
and this value is very very high.
although -8 (-1/0) is nearly zero, but you are not talking about that, are you?
