Did any jewish people perish in the twin towers on 9/11?

My mother is jewish which makes me 1/2. I want to get to the bottom of this so people will quit saying this stuff. No I am not a skinhead.

If your mother is Jewish it does not make you 1/2 Jewish, it makes you 100% Jewish. That is because Judaism goes only through the mother. About the WTC - yes, there were Jews killed there. My best friends uncle was one of those who perished- including more.

Obviously many Jews did die that day, although much less than it should have been because of the following reasons:

1) The week of the attack was a week before the Jewish High Holy Days when the Jewish men wake up extra early to say special long prayers in preparation for the day of judgment. There are hundreds of stories of men who would have otherwise been at work, but showed up late because they were running late because of these prayers. Those few hours they spent praying to G-d miraculously saved their lives.

2) I have a friend whose father worked in the WTC. On the way to work he was listening to a Jewish Torah Tape (lesson, or sermon). When he got to work he still had 10 minutes left so he stayed in his car to her the rest of it. That is when the plane struck the building. As you see this Jews devotion to G-d and learning his Torah saved his life.

G-d loves the Jews, especially when they are serving him. When we obey him he looks after us and saves us from evil.

No. In fact, only Democrats, blondes, and the French perished in the 9/11 attacks. Everyone else, including the Jewish people, was teleported to Jupiter's moon Europa, where they will bide their time until late 2037, at which point Disney will have assumed control of the federal government, Def Leopard will play a reunion tour (only in Africa), and the Simpsons will finally air a series finale.

I'm astonished and enraged that people actually believe that 9/11 is some sort of Jewish conspiracy. Many many Jews were killed in the terrorist attacks on September 11th.

I'm sure, and many other people of many other nationalities did at the time but honnestly, is that really all that important of a statistic to you? ALOT of people died that day regaurdless of their heritage...of course you probably asked that question to get some sort of a rise out of people, and I'm sure it will work for a few, they will give you a peice of their mind about this question and you will get what you wanted...really tho think about what you just asked and try to think of how stupid and uncultured you sounded when you did so.

i think you are referring to the conspiracy theory about Jewish involvement. i don't believe that. the only conspiracy theory that take my attention is the masonic, and they are mostly Christians. but not in 9/11. they probably had information about hijacking the planes, but not crashing them into the buildings. that includes Bush.
