Does ice cream, chocolates, will harm the baby even it is just eated like once a week or 3 times a week?

Tang, Kool Aid, Juice, Ice Cream, Chocolate: ALL OK. If they were harmful, then all sugar would be, and you need sugar to survive physically. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise. If you have doubts, call a medical professional or get a book written by a doctor. Like someone else said, stay away from smoke, secondhand and otherwise, and all drugs including alcohol.

No, chocolate and ice cream in moderation won't hurt your baby. Stay away from the Tang though...while it won't hurt you or your baby, it's got a LOT of sugar in it. Try regular orange juice instead. It's much better for you.

Buy "What to Expect When You're Expecting", it's a great book. And drink all the juice you want, just not Tang or Cool Aid.

NO! dont let anyone else feel ur head up either. I aint chocalate, drank tang and juice esp. apple with all 4 of my kids. It will NOT hurt them. My kids are all healthy happy kids.
JUST DONT SMOKE OR DO DRUGS ur fine

no. it should be good for the baby. you are getting vitamins and minerals that are good for the baby. so i think it''s good, and ice cream and chocolates are bad for the baby. as long as you don't eat them everyday.
