most likely he was raised thinking it is normal to talk about these things... ...... they say for better or worse... welcome to worse....lol... well you can tactfully tell him, that you are uncomfortable discussing these details, and if that don't work, when you get your menses , give him a play by play.. that will hopefully wake him up...

Here's my guess - he probably gets a big charge outta the way you react when he tells you this stuff, he's having a ball. It's like if I want to get a rise outta my g/f, all I need to do is say something racist (I never mean it) but it gets her going everytime, and I kinda enjoy watching her take the bait.
Stop reacting, blow it off as if you're bored with it, and the fun for him will be gone and he'll stop.

That's sick. Tell him you become less sexually attracted to him when he gives you details of his bowel movements. He's a guy so I'm sure he loves sex. He'll soon stop giving you toilet details.

One quick way to get him to stop....
Start throwing your bloody tampons (or pads) on his pillow...
When he says "WTF??!!....", tell him you just thought you'd share YOUR private bathroom details with him, too!!
Sounds gross, but I guarantee he'll stop feeling the need to share his "details" with you!
