I mean, I've been using yahoo.com for a VERY long time now, and I have to say i've never been disable to use yahoo and it's features. Maybe it's just me but has anyone ever experience yahoo.com with down time?

Yes. Like most big web sites, it's pretty reliable, but there are occasional outages. The mail service has gotten better over the last couple years, but I used to get locked out of my mailbox fairly often.

it could be just your computer. I never had that kind of problem for yahoo. but i have for other sites.

Yes, I have, but it was yahoo.de (Germany), not yahoo.com.
