as long because it wasn't positioned into unsolicited mail trash heaven, sure. click and carry on the trash icon, you're able to have a menu take place as to what's in there. of path, I actually have a Macintosh Apple so i'm uncertain if that works for workstation.

Try to search ur email in trash folder.
if not there then their is no another way to get ur email
