You can't legally sign a contract with an agent at your age.
You NEED your parents in order to do this.
Talk with your parents. They will probably be amused at first, but if you get them to understand how serious you are, they may help.
Good luck.

At 12 years old, you cannot sign a contract, to get an agent, you have to be 18 years old. You have a long wait ahead of you!
Your parents have to sign the contract.
Are you in the Unions? SAG andAFTRA? You have to be in the unions to act in film, tv and commercials. They cost thousands of dollars to join.
Don't try to rush. Just because you love acting, singning and dancing - doesn't mean the agents and casting directors will love you you. They see a lot of talented kids.
You have a very long way to go.
There is a lot of talent out there - many kids have been performing since they were 5 years old! You have a lot of competition!
You have to develop your resume before you can compete with the other kids.

You have to act on you dreams to make them come true. When you perform, invite your parents to come and see you. If you are as good as your dreams tell you you are, they will see that and be very proud of you. Fresno may seem remote, but there are lots of performing opportunities. Take as many classes as you can find. Check out your summer Parks and Recreation programs.
Agents are franchised by the performing unions. Therefore, you can obtain a list of franchised agents through Actors' Equity Association (AEA) the Screen Actors Guild (SAG), or the American Federation of Television and Radio Actors (AFTRA). They all have websites, and they all have offices in both San Francisco and Los Angeles.

Agents often go to theaters to discover talent.
If they see someone they want to work with, they will call that person for an interview.
If you have not taken acting lessons, it's a good idea for you to do so.
Ask your parents to call the YWCA, they sometimes teach acting classes.
If there is a children's theater in Fresno, ask your parents to find out how you join. You need to be seen by agents if you want to be in showbusiness.
You need to be on stage, as much as possible. Ask your parents to call the community theaters, they may teach classes.

at 12 years old you can do nothing without your parent's consent and I would recommend that you inform them as to what you are trying to accomplish by putting this type of infomation on a public foum where you have no idea who will read it and what they may do with the informaton they gleen from it.
PLEASE be careful...you have a long life ahead of you to pursue your dream but there are evil people out there today and I recommend that you not contact/talk to anyone without your parent's permission.
Now, if you haven't already done so, go grab your parents, an adult friend or your legal guardian by the hand and show them this web site and what you have been doing on it.
Be safe and smart!

There are not a lot of agents in the Fresno area. Personally I think you would do better to concentrate on finding opportunities to develop your craft. Don't pass up any opportunity. It is important to discuss your dreams with your parents. They may think it is a passing fancy but they will eventually understand if it remains important to you. Remember that there are thousands of actors who dedicate most of their lives to their craft. It's not an easy life but can be very rewarding.

Here's rule #1: No matter how good it sounds, don't ever, EVER pay somebody to represent you. If they feel you have talent then they will sign you and put your name out there...for free, with the hopes you will make them money from the parts you receive.
Basically you just have to tell your parents you want to look at all your options and make an educated decision on who would benefit you the most. Make sure you have headshots and some type of resume, even if you have no experience, just list all of your skills and talents.
I wish you the best of luck :)
