Students find ring tones adults can't hear

Once a "Billy Crystal" Play on Broadway some time last year . Just then someones cell phone went off just as Billy Crystal was about to tell the punch line and Mr. Crystal... walked off the stage and said, "Good Night Folks, You all have been wonderful!. . .
except for that person with the cell phone.
So you tell me... what would you suggest to that ignorant person that was requested at the beginning of the show to turn off his or hers cell phone. .

I think any kid caught with a cell phone out in school during class hours should have it taken up and destroyed in front of the class.
Parents need to learn some responsibility.
