is pinnacle sudio for a webcam!?

You CAN use pinnacle to edit video from a webcam, but webcam's have a limited resolution.

Pinnacle Studio is software to edit and create videos and multimedia presentations. While it can use video from a webcam, it cannot put stream video to the web in real time.
