The person we're living with is married to her husband but she don't claim thst she is married to her husband. She says she loves my husband and that she's married to him. And I know that my husband is not married to her because he hates her. And I talked to my husband the other night he said that if he thought I was ugly or that he didn't love me he wouldn't be with me that made me happy.

Kick her out and dont let her live in your house with you and your husband anymore. She sounds sick and out of her mind. Have your husband prove that he is not married to her! He needs to tell her he is not her husband and kick her out! Why are you both even letting this woman live there. If she is not all there mentally there are homes for people like that too! Find her real husband and talk with him and see if you can get her some professional help. Has your husband ever had an affair or cheated on you with her in any way? You need to find things out! If She owns the house then you and your husband need to move out and get a place of your own far away from her and make sure that she does not know where you move to and have an unlisted number!

Sounds like these people you are living with are weird. You and your hubby need to move out and get your own place. If you can't afford your own place then contact some relatives or close friends and ask if you can stay with them until you can find an affordable place/save up money.
