If you mean legally, no I have not.
However, there was a patient who came to the hospital where I worked as an admission clerk. He said he was to meet Dr. M at 9:30. I had him have a seat and tried to locate the doc. Called his office, his home, his cell phone, his farm number, the country club, paged him over the hospital loud speaker, called to surgery (he was a bone surgeon), checked on all the units, called the cafeteria, etc, etc, etc. The only reply was that he was expected to be in the hospital soon. The patient saw me doing all this calling. After two hours and no doctor, I repeated ALL of the above phone calls. Again, no luck. After 4 hours, still no reply. I kept informing the patient that I was trying desparately to find him, I suggested to the patient that he might want to go to the cafeteria to get a cup of coffee. He said he was fine, he would just wait in the waiting room. Finally, after 6 (six) hours, the doctor showed up!! He said to the patient, in front of me - sorry I took so long but she didn't try to find me until 10 minutes ago. I got a written warning about being "uncooperative to a physician." The patient, bless his heart, said he SAW ME doing the calling, and I was to be commended for my attention to the patient. Didnt matter, I still got the written warning, as the DOCTOR apparently had more clout than either me or the patient.
Sad, but true.
Please don't bash me for this. It is what happened. And I do have very good friends who are physicians. However, he is not one of them!

Well, I was accused of forging my mom's signature on an English quiz in the seventh grade. It was a make-up quiz from a time when I was sick and had not been able to study very much. Not surprisingly, I totally bombed it. English is/was my best school subject, so this was very unusual. It was school policy we take home all quizes and tests for our parents to sign. I wasn't really ashamed of my grade, contrary to popular belief, because I knew I had had a valid reason for failing. It's not like I had just been lazy or studied my *** off and still flunked... I had no problem with showing my mom that paper, but for whatever reason I completely forgot that night and was on the way out the door the next morning when I remembered. (I'd already told her about the bad grade when I first got home so I wasn't dropping a bomb on her.) She very hastily signed it while she was speaking on the phone and I left. Later that day after my teacher had collected the papers, she called me alone and asked me if that was my mother's signature. To make matters worse, she basically took me out in the hallway to interrogate me like this was Guantanamo or something. She even consulted with my other teachers! So then, she called my mom up and of course she didn't remember....grrrr. I was slapped with a detention for something I did not do and for the rest of the year that teacher was suspicious of me.

Yes, I was accused of stealing computers from work. I signed for the delivery and someone from the department collected them, I did not see who took them as my shift had ended. Four days later the department head kicked up a fuss as he said the pc's were nowhere to be seen. Now there were 12 pc's missing, both entrances are on CCTV, I was seen leaving the building, totally empty handed that day, I did not return, those tapes proved I had not taken anything from the building, let alone anything as obvious as 12 pc's but the head of department insisted I was formally disciplined. I refused to sign the paper they tried to make me sign saying I had done something wrong as I am not a thief. While I was suspended from work, they found all 12 pc's, safely tucked away in a cupboard. The head of department never apologised.

Just today my mom accused me of plotting and talking about her behind her back with my sisters. I'm like plotting to do what? I'm 22 and both of my sisters are also grown. We don't have to plot anything like some little kids. I told her if I have something to say to her I always say it to her face. But anyway she still acted really funny towards me and i guess she's not talking to me at the moment which is very petty but oh well, there's nothing I can do about that.

ya i was suspected of inviting some local thugs to my school to beat a kid, i had 2 days of intergation from the school. I knew who did it but it wasnt me. both me and this guy had the same name, the kid that got beaten up only said the first name and they automatically thought it was me. I didnt want to rat out my friend but eventually they called the police in as they claimed in was organised crime. At that point i freaked and asked them to check who they were talking about, at that point they realised it could have been someone else. btw the when they realised it was somebody else they still couldnt beleive until the kid said it wasnt me.
i was 14 at the time.
