"If someone copies you, it is a sign of flattery." That's what my mom used to tell me, but I never believed in that crap. I know this is going to sound mean when I say it, but believe me, I had this problem my fair share of times and it gets unbearable: get extremely pissed off. Any time it happens, show how you feel, talk to them and be serious. Tell them you want to be unique and you can't do that when someone is copying your every move.
Or here, try this: get the child interested in her own thing that isn't really you. Example: start drawing with her for a while, and soon she'll only want to draw.

Copying is the best form of flattery. Take it like that and enjoy your originality.

she looks up to you. you should take it as a compliment, not take offense to it. If it really bothers you, talk to her mom about it. are your friends with this girl? maybe you could spend some time with her and teach her some of what you know. that could be all she wants.

Unfortunately, you can only ignore it and hope that she outgrows it soon.
