NO, no one is born with natural talent. We are all born with blank slates that we fill as we grow.
In other words if you took an infant that is 1 minute old, and let it grow into a fully grown adult without exposing it to anything in this world but food and liquad. After all of these years of never being exposed to anything but food and liquad you place a bicycle infront of it, what do you think will happen?
No, no one is born with natural talent, it has to be learned whether it's visual or physical.

I think people are gifted with abilities in certain areas but to really excel, they must still practice. I know people who catch on quickly and can get to an intermediate level ( in musical instruments, sports, math) right away but then they hit a wall and have to start practicing like everyone else to get past that point, if ever.

I know of people who can bullsh*t from the day they were born! They didn't have to practice at all.
