We have a child together and I feel that if he will do such a thing with a blood relative I may have reason to be concerned for her.

When you are seperated and have nothing to do with him, why bother? Let him live with his cousin or sister.

Why waste your time on being hateful? There is no law against second cousins. Try being loving, if you are seperated then you were having problems and should just go through the divorce. You are not accepting his behavior so you will never get over it, no sense patching things up with him.

Georgia does not have any laws prohibiting the cohabitation or having sexual relations with a second cousin.

I really don't think much can be done about a second cousin,now if it was a closer relative maybe.Ask your lawyer.

Second cousin is not considered incest, sorry. But sounds like
you do have a case of adultery.

i would call any police station or county office in GA - just call information and ask for one and any in that state should be able to tell you - im sorry to hear aboout that - man and people say Arakansas people do that stuff ,......eeewwww - girl move on you are soo much better than that !!
