mostly that depends on how strong a woman you are. his child support wont go up it will probably stay the same. if you can handle a step child and a ex then stay and try to make your new marriage work, if its to much stress for you then get out before you're in to deep. and just to be on the safe side if you are pregnant or want to be, watch for signs that he may leave you like he did the other woman with the new born baby she now has to raise on her own.

Love your spouse. Did he cheat on you with this other woman or was this before he was with and knew you. If it was before he knew you then love and accept him and that baby as they are a packaged deal and he is the babies father. I wish you the best! If he has cheated get help and counseling and try to forgive him and move on. Is he still cheating and being unfaithful. You did not make it clear in your question if he cheated or was unfaithful to you in any way?

I'm assuming he cheated on you if you've not long gotten married and he has a NEWBORN with someone else. Why would you marry someone who got someone else pregnant while they were with you? I'd get a divorce.
