Does not “objection” and “taste” lie at the center of this?

When I object I have a “taste” of my own objection therefore this cannot be in a form of a question.

Who says it is not possible ?
Haven't you heard that Socrates taught his students, only by asking counter-questions, whenever they asked him about something ?

i dont think it is possible to carry out a debate in this fashion. a debate is somewhat a match of wits or trying to convince someone of your point of view.how is anyone going to know your point of view if u r asking questions through the whole debate. the other person will never know your feelings on the matter nor see your perspective. questions are helpful strategies, however; they are only used as tools to develop a point combined w your facts or opinions.

Why not? Aren't rhetorical questions enough? If so, then wouldn't it make sense that a debate with only questions could occur?

person 1:"are you doing fine?"
person 2:"does it look like it?"
"how come you look sad?"
"what's sadness got to do with it?"
"didn't you do well in the exam yesterday?"
"but how come you know I took an exam yesterday?"
"isn't that your test question there?"
"why are you nagging me?"
"why are you speaking to me like that?"
"why don't you just shut the hell up?"

etc etc in the end a question answered by another question continuously will lead to a fight.
