IMO Betty Boop and Jessica Rabbit are tied for second prettiest, the three that I'd tie for THE prettiest are So White, Goldilocks, and Red Hot Riding Hood, but since they're not as famous I thought I'd pick people everyone's heard of. In case you're curious, here's pictures of the other three, but stills don't do 'em as much justice as actually watching the cartoons.

All man thats a good question..They both are pretty cute for cartoons. I will have to to go with the classic Betty Boop she has been around for many years to come and she just plain hot!! Yep thats my vote good 'ol Betty.
