just walk baby!! so out side and sweat go to the park and walk do it in spirts like fast...........regular.........fast........... regular and dont avoid hills they will work the muscle! makeing the skin tight you can loose weight but the skin will need tighting back up drink plenty of water! now the even make those crystle light things togo that you add to water no sugar no calories! great taste i like the fruit punch! i dont like to tell people about diet pills but it you need help with energy too go to gnc or walmart and get some hyrdoxy cut they have a night time and day time formula now that wont keep you up at night! or make you gittery during the day and take a multi vitimin! with b 12 and anti oxidents drink green and white tea in the 20 oz not 20 oz cokes

I M P O S S I B L E! Take it slow, you would probably die if you lost 70 pounds in 3 months.
P.S. The most you could probably lose in 3 months is 30 pounds.

I don't think that is possible but if you drink lots of water and don't drink any sodas you can lose at least 15 pounds in one month. I have done that myself. Also get on the treadmill (if you have one) for 45 minutes to an hour a day.

thats a LOT of pounds in such little time.

try to eat apples. trust me. they work.

and play basketball twice a week.
