Absolutly - but it is most likley the sex, and not the saliva that was teh cause.

Bacteria getting into your urethra, and then into your bladder is the primary cause of UTI’s. This commonly happens during sex due to the forceful thrusting, and the introduction of foreign bacteria. To prevent this, make sure you pee shortly after sex.

Any source of bacteria that can find it’s way into your bladder can cause a UTI. Another common cause is wearing panties – in fact some girls who have a lot of trouble with UTI’s are not able to wear panties at all.

saliva can't, but his penis in general can.... bacteria from his penis (not that he's dirty or anything, we all have bacteria) can infect you. Also the more rigorous the sex, the higher the chances of irritating your urinary tract. UTI's are really common.. if you are prone to getting them, consider taking AZO daily to boost your system. They also recommend washing off before and after sex. And always pee right after sex. Mood kill, I know. But it's better than the pain of a uti two days later and then not being able to have sex for a week while on antibiotics!!

Not likely. Exception might be if the person who belongs to the saliva had a throat infection. Usually UTI's are caused by e-coli.

Nope! But, you can get UTI's if you have sex a lot after a long period of vaginal rest (no sex). It happened to me when my hubby was in Korea. He came home on leave and when he left I had the worst UTI I had ever had!!! If you think you may have one, see a doc right away. They are nothing to be played around with! They can cause high fever, chills, nausea, vomiting, and dehydration.

if blowjobs caused UTi, imagine how many guys would be in the hospital
saliva is just wierd water, unless the person swallowed aids, or is desiesing from cancer, you cant get UTi, or however UTi is obtained
so in short, hell no

Definetly not. Maybe wiping with a used sock caused the problem.
