first of all download latest version of yahoo messanger with voice chat from yahoo
then add ur email address in to the list one by one to whom u wana contact
then see if they ar available or naot u can see this if they are highlighted with their id
else if u have any problem contact

uninstall yahoo messanger and install again

uninstall then reinstall your messenger
