Lets see if anyone really knows Star Wars?
Some are hard questions some are easy. Dont quote me on all of these as being perfect, but I will vote on which ones are right based on what I know.

1. WHen George Lucas was naming R2D2 he could not come up with a name. He decided to use a movie making term. What does R.2.D.2. stand for?

2. What female product are the engine pods on the back of Star Destroyers made out of?

3. In close up shots of the Deathstar surface, what was this made out of (all the same thing)?

4. In Empire Strikes Back, during the battle of Hoth (the ice-snow world) rebel troops battled imperial Walkers. What Noreigan Organization played these troops?

5. In Ep 1 (Phantom Menace) in Watto's Junk Yard as they first enter, there is a prop from another famous sci-fi movie. It is siting on its back with its legs extended. What is this object and what movie did it come from?

1. Reel 2 Dialogue 2 (editor's code for cans of film on American Graffitti, from which Lucas got the name for the Star Wars robot)

2.The Star Destroyer thrusters, for example, were molded from the egg-shaped containers that women's stockings come in.

3.During the filming of the Battle of Hoth, the Echo Base troops were actually Norwegian Red Cross Mountain Rescue Service. In exchange for participation in the film, Lucasfilm made a donation to the Norwegian Red Cross

4. During the design process, the Death Star underwent a number of iterations, though the idea of an immense mechanical sphere was the present in all versions. Some early concept models were silvery in color, and sported a number of mechanical "blisters" on the surface. Another version had the immense laser dish on its equator. In the finished film, the Death Star was a combination of whole models (including one that measured 120 cm in diameter), sectional models (particularly for the station's visible surface during the trench runs), and matte paintings.

5. In Star Wars: The Phantom Menace, the EVA pod prop used in the movie version of 2010 can be seen in Watto's junkyard.
