What is a small motorcycle (not a pocket bike) that is street legal? Something like 350cc or anything? My 16 year old son wants a motorcyle...what should we do?

The Rebel measures in at 250cc if I remember correctly. You could go the scooter route and buy something in the 50-80cc range if you want to go smaller than a true bike. However, scooters don't have the power to get out of the way of cars that bikes do.

The Kawasaki Eliminator has a 125cc motor. I can get you an almost new one for a good price from an old guy that wants to sell.
