No warts. Just pleasure and a relaxed state (upon completion).

It releases dopamine in your brain which elevates your mood, it increases your heart rate and gives you a bit of a cardio-pulmonary work out, it exercises all of your glands and muscles in your vulva and vagina, making everything tighter, more well toned and keeping things functioning properly. It relieves cramps during menstruation. It teaches you about your body and how it works. I am sure that it does a lot of other great things as well.

If you don’t masturbate, you are depriving yourself of a LOT of benefits.

Masturbating effects our health in a variety of beneficial ways – not masturbating is what could be harmful.

Warts are not a possible side effect - that is just an author's way of trying to scare you into behaving in a way that the author thinks is "moral."

You can masterbate as many times a day as you want. You will get worn out, and maybe some chafing – but nothing else bad will come of this.

Now, if you are doing this compulsively – like you feel anxious if you don’t do it, or if you are doing this as a means of managing your anxiety, or if it you are bothered by how much you are doing this but you still can’t seem to stop yourself and not simply as a means to experience pleasure then you may have a problem – but as long as sex has not become a coping strategy – a means of decreasing anxiety and dealing with the world – then you are good.

No it´s not true, and it is 100 percent healthy and normal.. If you are a man, you either need to have sex or masturbate. You don´t want to get the dreaded deadly sperm build up.. Your body produces 80million new sperm everyday.. It has to go somewhere.. better out than in.
And oh yeah..Enjoy!

• Masturbation is not bad for your health. It won’t make you go blind, insane, or bald, give you spots, stunt your growth, or turn you into a pervert.

• Masturbation can be good for you as it helps relieve stress. It also causes your body to release endorphins (pleasure hormones) which make you more chilled-out.

I would suggest that because you have such a little, bent one you should get really used to masturbation. Even if it does cause homosexuality...

lol

you can't possibly be serious with some of your questions and answers.

You should really try to occupy your time for benneficailly. Stop worrying about gays, the size and shape of p-nases, and other such nonsense.

I suppose you could get chaffed. Ouch! Other than that you've got nothing to worry about. trust me, I'd be dead by now if it was a health hazard.
