Try not to think about things like this. Trying to think Logically about Insanity is by definition Insane. It will make you crazy...Just keep praying for accurate shooting by our troops as they keep popping these lunatics off one by one. GodSpeed

Why were the phone calls so short. How did flight 93 vaporize? Just a hole in the ground that was all that was left planes don't just vaporize. And other plane crashes they try to to put the pieces back together in a hanger or somewhere where is flight 93. The firefighters that were in the world trade center witnessed demolition charges. The owner of the wtc said they decided to pull building 7, demolition term. Someone knew the buildings were going to collapse before they did and told Rudy that. When the firefighters said they could put the fire out. The pancake Theory is absurd. 911 was an inside job. search project northwoods. 911blogger.com, watch the movie loose change.

I assume are talking about the Flight 933. According to the film, the hijackers hustled everyone back to the back of the plane. The passengers had free reign past a certain point in the plane. They probably assumed they could not hurt the hijackers and therefore did not monitor the passengers/flight attendants that closely.
Other than that, you are asking us to imagine why an irrational group behaved a certain way...

They did so because they weren't only terrorists. Even some serial killers pet kittens. Insanity is a strange thing, and at the point they were at, they were in a completely abnormal, adrenalized, surreal mind frame. I doubt they were totally rational. Allowing the hostages to call home didn't threaten them in any way at the point that they allowed it.

They probably just didn't have the capability to bring down the cell phone network. Or they didn't have the resources and were just focusing on their targets. Also, I doubted if they cared if people could talk to each other, they were just out to kill as many people as possible.

My instinct: The terrorists were convinced they were in the process of doing 'the right thing', and the people to die with them would be blessed martyrs as well, and maybe deserved at least that..??

i dont think it was political OR personal...i mean they are hijacking a plane so they are probably a little tiny bit busy...maybe too busy to monitor every little thing the passengers do...i mean as long as theyre not disturbing their "work" i dont think they would care enough to waste time and effort to stop something that wasnt disruptign them

Because they enjoyed watching them suffer. That's what evil people do. I can't think of a better reason to put them in their graves.
