I have co-founded two businesses...the first, a trucking company, the second, a weekly newspaper. Got a divorce, ex still owns and operates the trucking company...sold the newspaper...is still going on. Am in the process of forming a combo secretarial service and art company.

If you intend to incorporate, try going on line. Articles of Incorporation.com and pick who you want to represent you and fill out the forms that pop up. Pay the cost with a credit card.
You might want to check with an insurance company, first, before completing the forms and ordering. Get all the particulars about what state you intend to incorporate under and who will be the president and officers, etc.
It's easy...

Just started one two months ago. It is with Xango. So far more expenses than income, but I can write them off against my current full time job, and what ever I make on this. It started off really really slow, but last wek I made lots of sales, and got a new distributor, and tomorrow I am signing up another. It starts slow, but it goes. And it won't have a capt on how much I can make.
