The vagina has just one hole. In fact, to be correct, the vagina is the hole. The external part of the female anatomy is called the 'vulva'. It comprises of two outer lips (labia majora), inner lips (labia minora), vaginal opening, uretheral opening and clitoris.
So it seems you are thinking of the vulva when you say 2 holes (the urethra and the vagina), while she is thinking of just the actual vagina.

The vagina is the sexual orifice. There is only one of those.
The total number of holes between the legs would be three. The urethra, where you urinate from. The vagina and the anus.
