********* is like an attitude saying that I won't settle for less and that you know who deserve the best. Arrngance is a state of mind that you know you are the best and you arent open to any criticism or suggestions. I like a cocky person because I'm kind of cocky.

I think the difference is terminological.I would say that ********* is male-arrogance but arrogance is for all sexes.
