I know to how to use the internet? i ust want to know if there is some specific website for doing that? Just like for ucas when you apply to univ in england?

If you are just planning on doing a semester abroad, I would suggest contacting your local college or University's study abroad program office, most colleges have one. They can help you not only with applying to the college, but with housing, sometimes financial aid/scholaships, and will help as a liaison while you are away.
If you are wanting to enroll full time at a university in India, first find the school(s) whose curriculum best matches your academic goals. This will require some research. Then visit their sites and get the application information from there.
