It depends ENTIRELY on your skin type! Most people have combination skin. (Meaning parts are oily, parts are dry, and some parts are quite average.) Start with a mild non-irritating product. (Might I recommend St. Ive's apricot scrub (medicated) for SENSITIVE SKIN. You don't want to start out with the harsh stuff because it might make things worse. Also..try to determine what parts of your skin are dry and moisturize those. (mine, for instance, is my forehead.) Can't go wrong with oil of olay or a neutrogena lotion. Pretty inexpensive. Unless you can afford a dermotologist, you kind of have to experiment and find a combination of products that will work for you.

Go see a dermatologist. Many insurance plans cover it and they can give you advice that's specific to your problem. If your co-pay is low, the prescriptions will cost about what you'd pay for pro-activ or any of the other high-end over the counter treatments

I use St.Ives apricot scrub which takes of all the dead skin cells and then finish with Aveeno's blemish clearing cream its about $13 but works for me.

short temper and impatience are the main criterions of ones life now -a-days.

First Rinse your face with WARM water it will open the pores on your skin, wash your face....Then rinse off with cool to cold water this will close the pours. You should notice a big difference in a week. drink water also..
