I am happy to hear that there are animal activists all over our planet. I have been working with domesticated animals for over 20 years and it is a very rewarding experience. There are so many things that you can do with animals. I would advise you to first figure out what field of interest you have. I am a vet tech and I help vaccinate animals, prep for surgeries and do basic health and wellness evaluations. I volunteer at my local animal shelter and that is what brought me to the field in which I practice now. I have also done behavior training and euthanizations. Animals are so rewarding that I wish you the best of luck. Check out your local animal shelter and find out what field your area is lacking in and then educationally pursue it. Also check your local wild life rescue and volunteer with them. Volunteering is so valuable when you are just learning the field that you are going to love. Good Luck!

wildlife management! --protect and manage wildlife populations and their habitats. (degree is required in the USA)

you can also work at an animal shelter where you would be working with abandoned, unwanted, & stray dogs & cats (along with other species).

what about a wildlife rehabilitator? (usually is self-funded, requires permits in the USA) you would take care of orphaned, injured wildlife then (if applicable) release them back into their natural habitats when they're ready.

veterinarian or vet tech (assistant to the vet). animal doctor (requires degree)

zoologist or wildlife biologist (requires degree)

dog trainer

dog groomer

DO NOT WORK AT A PET STORE THAT SELLS PURE BRED DOGS. if you love animals you should not support pet overpopulation!

Start out by volunteering at your local zoo or wildlife refuge. The people there will have all the answers on where and how you can get the type of job you'll do best in. Good luck.

Contact wildlife rescue workers in your area, call a veterinarian to get the number. You might have to volunteer for a while or take a class or two, depending on the job they have open. Good luck.

If you live in the USA, hopefully you will learn to spell. It may be hard taking classes not knowing what you are reading. Take a class in zoology if you like the wild animals.

India could use your skills to track down poachers or to study elephants or tigers. Best of Luck.
