You do have snow in the Philippines! It snows in Baguio City because the elevation is higher and so the temperatures are cooler. Mostly, it's just the fact that the air has to be around freezing for it to snow (32 Fahrenheit) and the coldest I ever remember it getting when I lived near Olongapo was about 75F.

because your temperature is appropriate for the snow, it's hot, you must be in the north od the south to have snow, because it's very cold there.

it's because it's in the tropical zone and the country itself lies close to the equator.... it will never snow in countries close to the equator
