I say good first draft 6.5.
Try it with the "Stood up broken hearted again" with the chorus only, and leave it also in the iintroductory verse. It's got potential.
BTW it could be danced to, I'm hearing a Western Swing rhythm.

It's actually REALLY GOOD except the refrain grates on the nerves a little bit...try losing a few "Stood up, broken-hearted, again's".

i like it except i think but baby i cant get over u sounds a little better. and I dont like the line left behind hever having fun. mabye add a line about other women or beer it is a country song isn't it. overall i give it a 5
