Well you have alternatives to view the content of MS PowerPoint but afraid u cannot download it separately. It comes as a package with MS Office. Well here are several ways you can avail yourself of the alternatives :
-> Microsoft PowerPoint Viewer (microsoft.com)
-> Several other softwares that allow conversions from PP(Powerpoint) to flash etc.
-> Several softwares that allow reading the content (You may go to www.download.com for searching them)
-> You might just want to get yourself Ms Office instead

you can download powerpoint viewer on microsoft.com for free, but if you want the full feature program you will have to buy it. There is a site called softonic.com where you can get it, I am sure there are thousands of places you can get the full power point, but for a price

To the best of my knowledge, you can't download it. You can, however, buy it. I think it's pretty much limited to the Microsoft Office package, but there are very many free versions available if you have anyone you can ask. Example: Most colleges provide it to students, many similar places have it available for members or employees.
