do you realize how stupid the first half of your question is?
has far as animals go,how do you think the birds who stay behind through the winter live through the winter?
Come to think of it,the second half of your question is stupid too.

In keeping with the theory that God made every person and every thing, then God is responsible for every person and every thing's free will.
I don't really believe animals have free will, though. They have instincts and impulses and follow behavioral patterns, but they don't make consistent independent decisions. A dog doesn't wake up one day and begin training to run a marathon. A conure does not go from squawking to speaking with an English accent on its own.

God is only applicable to humans that ask questions like yours. Heaven is made for you. Animals, plants, and uninspired people need not apply. It sounds like a harsh judgment, but why would an atheist care about heaven? You may or may not have the will power, to Judge other people. I wouldn't suggest doing it, but you are free to try. Free will has a price, you may loose your soul in the bargain.

Free will is a consequence of consciousness not a gift from G-d; unless you believe that all of life is a gift from G-d. You can only make a choice if you are aware you have choices. Most animals appear to operate with less awareness. Even awareness, however, is not a black and white thing. Rather, it is the result of the complexity of our neuronal structure. The multitude of connections itself creates the self-awareness that results in the ability to choose. Some social scientists don't even believe in free will, believing that everything we do is a conditioned response to environmental triggers.
But to answer your question, each of us thinks he/she is special and unique and only a direct line to or gift from G-d could explain our very individual wonderfulness.

Q1...God doesn't involve with us...he allows us to do things n decide by ourselves cos we got brains like he do. He'll only come into the picture at the end of the days(on judgement day) to see what have you done with your free will given.
Q2...Animals are not made in the same image of god...there are special in their own ways.... they are only there to make our world a better place to live in.
Q3... his nature is to provide. God helps every of his creation...He has given everything we need here on earth, we just need to reconize it and take it.

God offers help to humans, but because of free will, they choose not to accept it. Sometimes people are so involved in themselves that they worship "the flesh" instead of trying to live as righteously as poss. and then the R basically screwed.
I have noticed that some people are so stupid that they cannot find the "o" key on the keyboard. Best of luck to you mongoloids.

Holy Mother, Holy Daughter, Holy Soul, a black bird
Holy Father, Holy Son, Holy Spirit, a white bird
the white bird is the spirit, the ghost dat lives inside of you, in your brain, in your lower cerebellum
the black bird is the black box., the soul dat records everything without any judgment whatsoever, the truth and nothing but the truth. the soul sits next to your heart.
Both spirit and soul are gods and goddesses

Ok, if God knows what choices we will make in our life before we ever do them, but at the same time gives us free will, it cancels itself out. God knowing everything we will ever do is essentially plotting our life out for us. Free will is not truely free will because God knows what we will choose from the beginning.

God created us in his image, that is why you and I are able to think, grow in wisdom, have knowledge. God is our creator but he is a gentleman, so he does not force you to do anything you do not want to do, which means you can chose in what you want to do. However, you will have to face the consequences of your actions, that being hell or heaven. I tried to word it as simple as possible. So you can chose to sin or not. Animals are also created by God, however, they can not think and distinguish among things like you and I.

The free will God gives us is the choice to be believers and get into His Kingdom, or be nonbelievers and go to hell.
