Aquaman

If you read the comic book he's way more interesting than the stupid Superfriend cartoon. His powers are broader than what you think. Aquaman was born from an Atlantian princess and wizard. He was out casted from Atlantis as a baby for having blond hair and left on Mercy Reef. (Blond hair was a curse in Atlantis, like being left handed.) He was raised then by dolphins then taken in by a light house keeper, who taught Aquaman English and civil behavior. Aquaman then return to Atlantis to find his mother but was imprisoned by the Atlantians because of his blond hair. His prison uniform was the orange and green, the classic outfit everyone remembers. He led a revolt with his fellow prisoners and took his rightful place as king of Atlantis. His life is fill with great tragedies and sadness.

His character is much more interesting than you may think...

Spiderman, hands down. Good guy, not the amazing superhuman guy Superman seems to be yet still has foes. (If Superman was so fantastic, would he not be able to vanquish all his foes easily?) Batman....pfffftttt...all he has is a utility belt and a very acrobatic "friend". May be wrong but Spiderman is the most underated superhero.

My favorite superhero is John Gant, fictional character who made the world come to a stop in Ayn Rand's opus novel, "Atlas Shrugged." He was almost mythical until the heroine met him.
