does it hurt all the guys or some dont feel as much pain?

I think, that, aside for the eyes, it is the only organ
that is exposed to pressure, without any bones or
thick flesh to protect it.
It doesn't just hurt there, the pain extends to your
sides as well.

Well,i dont think there is any guy who wont double up in geat agony if hit in the balls!! LOL !!
C'mon!!! Those are very delicate things, its all muscle and there is very lttle skin to protect them, its bound to hurt!!! I think that pain can only be matched by "Labour Pains".......... that will give you an idea !!!
So, you know where to hit if you get into a tight spot!!!!

It hurts every guy I am sure. If you have ever got hit in the stomach, multiply that by ten and move the pain from the stomach down to the lower part of your abdomen. It is hard to explain,

it will hurt almost every guys unless the guy is wearing groin guard. the groin guard will absorb the impact being kicked on the testicles. it will also depends on the impact kicked on the testicles, if very hard impact or multiple kicks , it can cause the testicles to be injured.in some cases, swell a little. the moment u kick a guy's testicles, the guy will crouch in pain and groan. that's how painful it can be. the testicles are very sensitive. that's why when a simple kick on the testicles will hurt. only kick a guy testicles when in self-defence or when the guy deserves to be kick . if not , DO NOT kick. its very painful.

That area is specifically designed with lots of really sensitive nerves because it needs to be protected. A serious injury to the balls can render a man impotent. It's so painful because it's necessary for survival, so to speak.

It depends where and how exactly you get hit. You can get completely racked by something sometimes and it wont hurt, or hurt as much. Then there are sometimes you can barely flick them and it will make you drop to your knees. Basically, they are really sensitive.
