Took birth control for about 2 years off and on, stopped taking it about 3 months ago and I broke out bad on my chest and back. I dont know what to do to make it go away.

it happens to heaps of girls, its just cos your body had extra hormones runnig through it so it probalby helped your skin, but now you dont have them in your system your skin will freak out, if its worrying you heaps just go to the doctors and they will either put you back on the pill or onto another from of medication to help clear your skin up!

Just happened to me and I was on b/c for 10+ yrs. I did go to the doc for a perscription. It was bad all over my face, back, chest and arms. All under control now Yippee!!! Good Luck

This has happened to myself and a few of my friends... unfortunately the only answer we found was to go back on....

Maybe see your doctor and ask for advise.. i used to be on a low dosage acne tablet when i was younger that helped clear them up and when i stopped they didn't come back!

It happens to many women. Use body scrubs in the shower and it'll soon clear.
