Yes. I have. It was 4 July1977. My dad and I had flown to a remote spot in California to fish in this particular river. We pitched a tent on the bank beside the river and fished for several hours without getting even one bite. About Midnight my dad said he'd had enough and was going to sleep. I wasn't sleepy but I was determined to catch at least one fish before I went to bed. At some point, I noticed some lights in the distance slowly moving towards my general direction. At first , I wasn't very concerned because I assumed they were car lights or maybe a helicopter. There wasn't any sound just lights that looked blue and greenish. The closer It got the more nervous I became. When the lights got within say 200 feet away and hovering about 100 ft above me, I started to get a sick feeling in my stomach. I knew then that what I was seeing wasn't car lights or a helicopter. I was overtaken by extreme fear and tried to call my dad but I found I was unable to make any sounds. I just stood there looking up at an object maybe 30 ft. in diameter, silently hovering above my head. Man, was I scared! Scared doesn't really come close. Anyway, I'm not sure how long I stood there looking up but since I was unable to yell or move I remember thinking Oh God - they're going to abduct me. Thank God that at some point the object slowly started moving back away from me. It keep retreating until I saw It suddenly shoot straight up and disappear. After an hour or so (I 'm not sure exactly) I was able to get in the tent and eventually fall asleep. The next morning I was even afraid to tell my dad what had happened because I thought he might not believe me. I've often wondered why that thing left me along that night so long ago, but man I'm glad It did! The fear was unbelieveable! I know now that UFO's exist because I've seen one with my own eyes.

yes, on the way back from my uncles farm there was something coming over the mountain top we thought was just an airplane. Once it came out more, my step-father stopped the car and we all got out. As it passed over us, it was a very large round disc like object. it made no noise and had alot of white lights on the bottom of it. It followed the path of the highway for about 2 miles and then went straight up and out of sight. the next thing we knew there were police and government cars around us and alot of people telling us to just shut up about it, and all we were supposed to say was it was a blimp.

I have seen many object that are unidentified. I can say they are from outer space however. I guess naturally, some meteorites can be seen as U.F.O.
In the USA, California there are ancient Anasazi rock petrogliphs and pictographs that indicate a UFO dog fight around China Lake.

Since the definition of UFO, is unidentified flying object, then any object we see flying in the air that we can't identify, is a UFO. I suspect you mean an object that we actually can identify as extra-terrestial, or not of this earth. In that case I would have to say no.
